After reading the first two books in the series I was looking for a predictable but still delightful romance story about a macho billionaire and a sweet female who fall in love.

That’s what I got — Well kind of. This is a story that you have to have read the previous book to really understand the whole family dynamic.

Understanding that she’s an adult but still very childish is a lot to swallow at first, especially if you didn’t get how way way way over protected she was from the previous book. Still, if you can get past that part, you get a cute story.

I’m not going to lie, it is probably the worst book in the trilogy but that doesn’t mean it’s bad. It’s just some parts make it a hard story to swallow.

The story is about the little sister of Michael Conte (from the previous book) whose name is Carina. She is coming to America to work for her brother as an intern of sorts, to get to know more about how the family business is run.

She’s sent on a trip to Vegas to handle a deal and is accompanied by her brother’s best friend who she’s secretly been in love with her whole life.

The problem with the story is that on one hand she’s been in love with the man her entire life and plots to sleep with him. But when they are forced together she gets mad about it? Umm okay. It’s only what you said you wanted your entire life! Still problems aside, the book is still worth a read, especially if you were a fan of the other two books in the series.
