This was a well written book but to be honest I’ve never been good with the whole poor pity me thing, especially when we are talking someone who has an MBA from Harvard.  That was the hardest part of this book for me to deal with … the whole he didn’t love me because I’m not good enough, my mother didn’t love me because I’m a failure. You are a failure with your MBA from Harvard? Are you kidding me? I had to roll my eyes at that one. Having to get through that aspect of the story wasn’t easy for me. It really took away from what could have been one of the better romance novels I’ve read in awhile.
