How people treat you is their karma, how you respond is yours

How people treat you is their karma, how you respond is yours

I came across this video on Facebook and I just had to share it with you. It’s such a great message about a bad breakup.

Breakups are never easy, but as the video shows, it’s important that you don’t lose yourself in the drama. Every action has an equal reaction. If you put out negativity, you will be attracting that negativity back into your life.

It’s so important that you remain positive, even in the worst of situations because whatever energy you put out into the world, will come back to you.

If you want good things to come to you, then be a good person — even during a horrible breakup.

Respect yourself.

Love yourself.

And always be the best you that you can be.
