I’ve completed the entire series now and I must say it’s not anything overly special. It’s not a bad book or a bad series, it’s just okay. It’s very similar to quite a few other books. It’s one of those stories that once you finish it, you realize you’ve read 7 other books that are kind of just like it.
I don’t want to sound like it’s not a decent book. I enjoyed reading it. I just wanted to be honest and say that it’s not that different from a few others in the same genre. In fact, if you’ve read Amanda Lee’s series called “Witches of the Midwest”, you’ll swear it’s the same.
